Palomar Rowe began as a custom furniture maker, designing and building one-off pieces for residential and commercial clients. Over time, our work found its natural home in hospitality, where design, service and experience all meet.

Today, we focus on what we do best: crafting signature experience trolleys. These distinctive hospitality carts help venues create standout moments on the floor - the kind guests remember, talk about, and come back for.

Founded in 2020, Palomar Rowe is led by Lyle -  whose background spans construction and project management - and Hayley, whose experience is anchored in design, communications and sustainability. Together, we balance design intelligence with purpose, practicality and craft.

As a local, independent business, connection and collaboration matter to us. We work closely with venues and design teams, and we lean on a trusted network of specialist makers and suppliers to ensure every build is finished to the highest standard.

We also believe choosing local matters. Every trolley is designed and made here, so the craft, the relationships and the value stay here too.
